Tony joined Top Mental Game to help athletes, leaders, and organizations overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. A four-sport athlete in high school (wrestling, baseball, football, and track & field) earning 13 Varsity letters, Division I wrestler, and 27-year Army officer, Tony has extensive experience with leadership and performance under pressure. He became a TMG certified coach in December 2023.

Before joining Top Mental Game, Tony served in the U.S. Army for nearly 3 decades. He currently works as a Defense Contractor in the Army’s Aerial Intelligence community.  He began his career at the United States Military Academy where he was a member of the Army Wrestling Team for four years.  As a senior, the wrestling team overcame a 36 year drought against Navy to win and earn the right to “Sing Second.”  After graduating with a degree in Systems Engineering, Tony was commissioned as an aviation officer, completing qualification as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter pilot.

He last served in the Army as a faculty member at the Army War College instructing the Nation’s future senior leaders and making them believe it ok to feel “comfortable being uncomfortable." He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master’s of Science Degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.

After completing flight school at FT Rucker, AL, Tony served at bases in Georgia and Arizona before commanding a unit flying intelligence missions along the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in Korea.  His next assignment took him to Fort Bliss, TX where he flew counterdrug missions in Colombia against the cartels. The Army then sent Tony to the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, and the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

After graduation, Tony returned For Bliss, only to find himself deploying the Horn of Africa located at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti and Nairobi, Kenya.  Next, he was assigned to the Joint Staff in the Pentagon where he dealt with the Nation’s most sensitive missions with our government's most senior leader to include the President of the United States. After his Pentagon tour, Tony commanded an Aerial Intelligence unit in Savannah, GA. Tony’s team flew manned and unmanned intelligence missions in the Middle East, Africa, South America, and within our own borders. When he concluded this tour, Tony found himself once again in Washington in an Intelligence Headquarters facilitating missions throughout the world.

Tony's nearly three decades in 10 different duty locations, accumulated over 2,500 flight hours (half of which were in combat), completed qualification in 8 different aircraft, and attained his private pilot’s license.

Tony lives near Carlisle, PA, volunteers as an Assistant Athletic Director and Game Manager. He is currently a Head Coach of Junior High Girls Wrestling and is the “Voice of the Bubblers” serving as the Boiling Springs High School Public Address Announcer. He is married to Suzanne and has two wonderful children – Adison and Alex.

Confidence and positivity play an integral role in Tony’s coaching style. He is ready for the opportunity to improve your mental game.
